1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and MMB88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the MMB88 website accessible at mmb88.cam and all associated services, products, applications, and content made available thereon (collectively, the "Services").

To register and maintain an active account on MMB88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. MMB88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling-related activities on the platform. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity for the purposes of gambling on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have an active exclusion agreement with MMB88 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are acting under legal guardianship may not register an account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of MMB88 or any of its affiliated entities.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the MMB88 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise overlapping accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. MMB88 reserves the right to verify all registration details prior to granting full account access.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted under your account credentials shall be deemed your responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity. In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify MMB88 support immediately.

MMB88 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

5 Terms of Use

By using the MMB88 platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the platform solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes and not for any commercial purpose or in furtherance of any unlawful activity.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, scraper, data-mining tool, or any other artificial means to access, interact with, or extract data from the platform without express prior written consent from MMB88.
• You will not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the platform, including but not limited to distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, injection attacks, or other forms of cyberattack.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, database, or server connected to or operated by MMB88.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting in bad faith, or other conduct intended to obtain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• You will not use any form of bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, exploiting known software bugs, or engaging in coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• You acknowledge that all gambling outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and/or live game mechanics, and that no guarantee of winnings exists.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

MMB88 supports a comprehensive range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, as well as online banking transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC, USDT, and ETH are also accepted.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless stated otherwise for a specific payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• MMB88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified payment account in your own name.
• MMB88 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts via eWallet and FPX channels, subject to system availability.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to withdrawal holds until verification is completed.
• MMB88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests it deems unusual in size or pattern, which may extend standard processing times.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is conferred.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers provided by MMB88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and validity periods.

• Bonuses are credited to a bonus wallet and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before the resulting balance can be transferred to the withdrawable wallet.
• MMB88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
• MMB88 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or void winnings where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus or new-player offer once. The creation of additional accounts to re-claim such offers constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the MMB88 sports betting platform are subject to the applicable market rules published within the platform interface. The following general rules apply across all betting markets:

• All bets are accepted at MMB88's sole discretion. MMB88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without obligation to provide a reason.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that wager, except in cases of obvious error ("palpable error"), where MMB88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the relevant sports governing body's official result shall be deemed conclusive.
• Bets involving markets affected by proven match-fixing, manipulation, or corruption shall be void, regardless of the official result.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to suspension or removal at any time during the event. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless the event is abandoned.
• Mix Parlay bets: if one selection is void, the parlay reverts to the next lower number of selections. The stake is recalculated accordingly.

9 Responsible Gambling

Any unauthorised use of MMB88 intellectual property terminates the licence granted herein and may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MMB88 expressly excludes all conditions, warranties, representations, and other terms that may be implied by statute, common law, or otherwise with respect to the platform or its content.

MMB88 shall not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with:

• The use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content;
• Any inaccuracy or incompleteness in information published on the platform;
• Interruptions to service, technical failures, system downtime, or data loss;
• Any third-party actions, including unauthorised access to your account;
• The outcome of any wager or game result;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, MMB88's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12 Amendments

MMB88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, MMB88 will endeavour to notify registered users via the platform interface or registered email address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the MMB88 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which MMB88 operates.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from Malaysia agree that any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with applicable international arbitration procedures where local law permits.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
